When should we contact you re placing an order?  

Please contact us as soon as you can ~ at least six to eight weeks prior to posting your invitations.

Will you do rush orders?   

Occassionally - it depends on how busy we are at any particular time - please enquire.

Do you take orders for Thank You Cards only?   

Yes - we take orders for any item of stationery no matter how small the order.

Do you give discount for large orders?  

Occassionally - it depends on the order and the discounts we can get from suppliers.

Can we make a provisional booking? 

Yes - we take provisional bookings subject to cancellation or confirmation within two weeks.   Deposit is payable at time of confirmation.

Do you take orders over the phone?  

Yes - we are happy to take an order by telephone - once we receive the deposit we will send proof stationery [with statement] for you to check, sign and return to us before we process your order.

Will you take orders from outside Ireland?   

Yes - we can, and do, take orders from other countries.

Can we order printed Address Labels from you if we got our invites elsewhere?

Yes - we are happy to take an order for address labels from any person.

Will you hand-write addresses for us [we made our own stationery]?

Yes, I am happy to provide the service to anyone.

Do you send out free samples?   

We charge for samples but the cost is allowed against any future order of that design.

Do you have a Brochure?   

Our website is our brochure - all our designs may be viewed online and all information re orders, samples, etc. is available on our website.

Do all cards come with matching envelopes?   

Yes - all cards come with envelopes which either match or complement the cards and some designs have a choice of envelopes from which to choose.

Are envelopes charged separately?   

No ... all envelopes are included in the price of cards.

Can we purchase paper or envelopes from you to make our own cards?  

We can sell directly to you if we have sufficient supply.  We also have Sale Items from time to time.

Can we purchase the materials for a DIY version of one of your designs?

Some designs lend themselves to DIY and we can supply the necessary materials and instructions - please ask for a quote.   

How is stationery delivered?  

By Registered Post ... delivery charges apply.

Can we collect our stationery in person?   

Yes - you may collect your stationery.

Can you change the flowers or colour of ribbon on invitations?   

Yes - we are happy to change designs, flowers, ribbons, colours etc.

If there is an error in the stationery what happens?  

As all stationery has to be approved then an error is unlikely ... however, if you have made an error re time/date/spelling, etc. then we will re-do the stationery for you ... relevant charges will apply.  If we are responsible for an error we will, as early as we possibly can, replace the relevant stationery items.
