Quotes

'Wedding Stationery' quotations are valid for 12 weeks from the date of the quotation 

Once an Order has been placed and deposit paid the quoted price holds for that order

Orders

Orders must be placed using our Order Form

Deposit is payable at time of placing an order

We recommend ordering extra invitations to allow for errors and 'those you forgot'

Extra invitations ordered during the processing are simply added to the cost

Extra invitations [at a later date] carry a surcharge of 20% of the cost of the extra stationery

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of €200 is payable when ordering stationery [or 50% of cost if order value is less than €200]

A payment of 70% of the quoted price is payable when you return the approved signed proofs to us

The balance is payable prior to despatch or on collection of your stationery

Proofs

Upon receipt of payment of the deposit we will email pdf documents to you for approval

Proof stationery will be posted to you if requested

Approval must be in writing ... either by email or by returning the signed proofs

'Wedding Stationery' will not accept responsibility for any errors in signed/approved proofs

Any alterations/amendments requested after production has commenced are subject to relevant charges

Part payment is requested at time of approval

Delivery/Collection

Delivery of stationery is by Registered Post - Delivery Charges apply

Wedding Stationery may be collected by appointment

Despatch/Collection of your stationery is on a pre-arranged date

'Wedding Stationery' does not accept any responsibility for delays caused by situations outside our control e.g postal strike

Designs

From time to time we make minor changes to our Designs

This allows us the freedom to source and use the best quality materials available 

We reserve the right to make changes to designs and/or samples

Stationery

Our stock of paper, etc. varies at times ~ If an item is unavailable we will use a suitable alternative

Slight variations may occur between items of stationery as each is individually handcrafted

The placement of petals & threads will vary in natural handmade paper

'Wedding Stationery' reserves the right to refuse to print any material deemed offensive or inappropriate

Errors 

If, subsequent to submitting your order, you realise that you have made an error please contact us immediately

If production/printing has not commenced we may be able to correct the error without any extra charges

Even if production/printing has commenced the cost of correcting the error may be minimal

We do our utmost to ensure that your stationery is exactly as you ordered

If we are responsible for an error in your stationery we will replace the stationery for you as early as we possibly can

Website

We endeavour to keep our website up to date but we cannot guarantee that all details are accurate at all times

If and when we become aware of any errors we will correct them as soon as we possibly can

Privacy 

Your personal information is held securely and is only used in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1988 & 2002  

We will not pass your e-mail address or contact details to any third party/company unless necessary e.g for delivery
